Powerheart® G5 Fully Auto AED with Intellisense CPR Feedback

As an emergency first responder, you know that time is of the essence when you’re called to the scene of a sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) – a condition that kills more than 369,000 people annually in the United States alone.1

Because the only effective treatment for SCA is an immediate shock from a defibrillator, you must provide emergency care to the victim quickly. The Powerheart G5 AED can help you provide life-saving therapy.

Designed for professionals
Whether it is located on an engine, in a supervisor vehicle, or in the jump bag of a rig, the Powerheart G5 is ready for quick, simple operation in demanding environments. This AED is designed with emergency first responders in mind and provides you with:
  • Advanced prompt configuration for professional responders and enhanced prompting for lay responders in the community.
  • Variable escalating energy that determines the electrical impedance of each patient to customize the energy level delivered and escalates the energy delivery if the patient does not respond to the first shock.
  • Sub-10 second shock time to decrease hands-off time.
  • Synchronized shock to effectively convert abnormal heart rhythms.
  • Customizable settings to match your medical director’s shock and CPR protocols today, and the flexibility should they change in the future.
  • Event data that can be collected via a standard USB stick or USB cable, which can expedite uploading critical data and help speed up transfer of care.

Performing effective CPR is crucial during a cardiac emergency and often leads rescuers to wonder, "Am I doing CPR properly?" With Intellisense CPR Feedback, providing effective CPR compressions is now within reach.

Thanks to a compact design, Intellisense CPR Feedback may be used on patients of all chest sizes. Motion sensor technology – the same technology used on most smart phones – provides rescuers with immediate voice prompts if their CPR compression rate and depth are outside the 2015 AHA-acceptable parameters.*

The easy-to-use, intelligent CPR device works in combination with your Powerheart® G5 automated external defibrillator to deliver potentially life-saving CPR and defibrillator therapy.

Intellisense CPRFeedback is the only CPR aid of its kind to combine compression rate and depth corrections to the 2015 AHA and ERC CPR Guidelines, quick and easy functionality and Rescue Ready reliability. When lives are on the line, you need an intelligent CPR device in your hands. (Powerheart® G5 models only)

Experienced and first-time responders can now easily perform effective CPR. Simple place-and-press functionality requires no complicated preparation or product assembly, while a non-slip surface and oblong shape ensures steady placement during CPR.

Powerheart® G5 Fully Auto AED

Easy, intuitive operation and user-paced prompts enable first-time rescuers to act quickly and confidently to a sudden cardiac arrest emergency.
Rest easy knowing your Powerheart AED will perform as expected during a rescue thanks to Rescue Ready technology that performs rigorous daily, weekly, and monthly self-tests. The Powerheart G5 also includes a medical-grade battery with a 4-year full operational guarantee, an 8-year warranty, and the best tools and support.
During a tense rescue, both experienced and first-time rescuers will benefit from the Powerheart G5’s RescueCoach™ user-paced instruction, intuitive pad design, and automatic shock delivery to reduce the likelihood of human error. (Semi-automatic model also available.)
Incredibly smart
Feel confident when performing the rescue as the G5 customizes the shock to deliver the appropriate energy needed for each patient. Defibrillation energy automatically escalates if additional shocks are needed with a fast shock time of 10 seconds or less. If more than one shock is required, the AED does not repeat the same effort. Rather, it increases the energy input to an appropriate higher level.
Light enough to travel anywhere but strong enough to pass military standards and receive an IP55 rating for protection from dust and water, the Powerheart G5 is built to withstand the rigors of your job. Our latest innovation now features customizable escalating energy, faster shock times, and dual-language capability.
