Dynamic Digestion Game
Dynamic Digestion is a board game designed to show anatomical features, and the major chemical changes which occur in foods as they pass through the various areas of the human digestive system. The object of the game is to be the first player to complete a passage through the human digestive tract by moving from the mouth entrance through the esophagus, stomach, upper small intestine (duodenum), lower small intestine, and large intestine (colon).
Designed for 3-6 players or teams, each player uses a folded token to represent different stages of a particular food material such as a protein, carbohydrate, or fat. Each player also chooses a Digestion Card, which contains statements relating to the digestion of the three food materials. As players move around the game board, they pick up Action Cards, which relate to the general actions involved in the process of digestion.
Dynamic Digestion includes a durable game board, showing the human digestive system, six Digestion Cards, 54 Action Cards, die, six tokens, and instruction booklet with word list.
