Great Hydrant Tool Bag

We purchased this hydrant bag to replace an older smaller bag that had worn out. This bag is quite large, we store 1 hydrant wrench, 2 spanners, 1 pipe wrench, 1 gate valve and a storx to steamer thread connection. The bags Velcro straps securely wrap around the hose and the Velcro opening is large enough to easily access anything stored inside and stays shut when you need it shut! The bad is VERY durable.

"What are the dimensions, specifically the cubic inches of storage? My dept has several adapters and wrenched that we must carry for different water systems. Thanks"

Sorry I can't help you with the cubic inches, all I can tell you is that the dimensions of the bag are as follows; 27"" X 9"" X 6"", it is made of 22oz vinyl, and weighs 20 oz. it can be attached to a 2.5"" hose up to and including 5"" LDH. It will hold a 5"" storz adapter, and other tools,ie hydrant wrench, spanners, if you are carrying adapters to screw on to smaller ports/ears of the hydrant depending on how many you are carrying you should be able to fit them in this bag. I have a suggestion for you, go to our web site and look for Avon Mfg. they make a bucket that you can set on the rear step and tie off on you hose, when the hose comes off, the bucket comes with it. Some customers use webbing to tie off the bucket and leave it long enough to loop it over the hydrant also, the bucket comes with a liner that fits inside the bucket, and has 3 or 4 pouchs on the outside of the bucket that you can store other items in. Just a thought that might be of help to you.
