The 1st Response Horizontal/Vertical Holster features the advantage of wearing a horizontal holster or the option of a standard vertical holster. Made of new ballistic nylon Cordura and lined with 8mm of cushioning foam. Double stitched with heavy nylon thread. Double snap belt loop reinforced with VELCRO® brand for added security. 2 large pockets can easily hold up to 5 instruments, penlights etc. VELCRO® brand restraining strap holds EMS shears. Horizontally it can accomodate belts up to 1 1/2" wide, vertical up to 2 1/2" wide.

A bit disappointed

The truma shears work perfect, gets the job done every time. The problem was the penlight that came with this kit was bent like a horse shoe. It looked like someone tried to fix it because it had vice grip marks on it. The light bulb was smashed, the batteries were stuck in the pen. I just threw it away and kept the shears.
